- TradeIQ provides market analysis, signals, screening, journaling, backtesting, and optional automated trading.
- Any real-money trading occurs through a brokerage account that you separately open and connect (such as OANDA). We never hold, custody, or transfer your funds.
- You control whether automation is enabled, which strategies run, and at what size.
- Historical or backtest results do not guarantee future performance.

- We do not custody or handle customer funds

- If you trade real money, do so only through a licensed broker
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: violate any laws or regulations; use the platform for market manipulation or fraud; hack, disrupt, or interfere with platform security; claim TradeIQ is a licensed broker; reverse-engineer or copy proprietary analysis algorithms; or resell or republish platform content without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeIQ and RaxxWare (RAXX BEATS STUDIOS LLC) are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or trading losses, arising from your use of the Service.
