Who We Are
TradeIQ Desk ("TradeIQ", "we", "us", or "our") is a product of RaxxWare, a brand of RAXX BEATS STUDIOS LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your data. It applies to our web application, desktop application, and iOS application (collectively, the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
Account information: email address and authentication credentials, managed through our authentication provider (Supabase).
Usage data: pages visited, features used, trade journal entries, alerts, watchlists, and settings you create within the Service.
Brokerage connection data: if you choose to connect a brokerage account (e.g., OANDA), we store the API credentials you provide so the Service can read market data and, where you enable it, place orders on your behalf. We never hold, custody, or transfer your funds — your money stays with your broker.
Payment data: subscription billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card number; Stripe processes and stores payment details under its own PCI-DSS-compliant systems.
Technical data: IP address, device/browser type, and timestamps, collected automatically and via our service providers’ logs.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- To authenticate you and secure your account
- To process subscription payments and manage billing
- To generate market analysis, signals, and (where enabled) automated trade orders
- To send transactional notifications you have requested (e.g., price alerts)
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security issues
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Third-Party Services
We share data with the following processors only to the extent necessary to operate the Service:
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting
- Vercel — application hosting and serverless functions
- Stripe — subscription payment processing
- OANDA (and any broker you connect) — market data and order execution
- Anthropic — AI-powered market analysis (no personally identifying account data is sent for analysis)
- Market data providers (e.g., Alpha Vantage) — price and economic data
- Google AdSense — advertising on our public pages and blog (see the Cookies section below)
Each provider maintains its own privacy policy governing its handling of data.
4. Cookies & Local Storage
We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences (such as theme), and maintain session state. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though some features may stop working.
Advertising cookies. Our public pages and blog display ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this and other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendor cookies at aboutads.info. Ads are not shown on authenticated account pages.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.
6. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Export your data in a portable format
- Opt out of the "sale" of personal data (we do not sell data)
- Withdraw consent at any time

7. Security
We use industry-standard measures — encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date above, and where appropriate we will notify you in-app or by email.
