Does TradeIQ trade real money?
TradeIQ provides market analysis, signals, journaling, and optional automated trading. Any live trading happens through a brokerage account that you connect (such as OANDA). We never hold, custody, or transfer your funds — your money always stays with your broker. You control whether automation is enabled and at what size.
Is TradeIQ a licensed broker or financial advisor?
No. TradeIQ is a software tool, not a broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial institution. Nothing in the app is personalized financial advice. See our Compliance and Legal Terms pages for full detail.
How do I connect my brokerage account?
In the Auto-Trade settings you can enter the API credentials issued by your broker. Credentials are stored securely and used only to read market data and, where you enable it, place orders you have authorized.
How do I cancel my subscription or get a refund?
You can manage or cancel your subscription from the Pricing/Billing area, which is powered by Stripe. For refund questions, email us and we will respond within 48 hours.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email stizzyraxx@gmail.com from your account email and request deletion. We remove or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements. See the Privacy Policy for details.
I found a bug or the app is not working — what do I do?
Email us with a short description, the page you were on, and a screenshot if possible. We triage reports within 48 hours.
